My husband and I recently purchased flooring for our kitchen and our bedroom. We originally purchased our new wool carpet in the bedroom in 2009 and it lasted 16 years! We were tired of the wool moths and met with Colin, the fabulous sales person and he recommended a non-wool carpet that had a 10-year stain warranty and the colour was so beautiful so we purchased it. Next we needed to replace the AMTICO flooring that had a 25 year warranty and is excellent. We decided to upgrade to another AMTICO product and it has a lifetime warranty. I joked with Colin that the floor would outlast my husband and me! Colin was so patient while I looked at various products as I tried to decide the colour and product that would suit our space. He also made sure I had samples sent to my home to see how they would look in our space. I finally chose a beautiful rectangular stone looking tile and absolutely love it. Gordon our installer was right on time and did an excellent job, was neat and tidy as he worked. He laid the AMTICO tiles in a bond pattern and it looks beautiful Colin was on top of all the details of the order to insure our product arrived on time for installation. James Erskine is first rate! Excellent service and fantastic product lines.

I have just had my living room carpet replaced by James Erskine. I could not recommend them more highly. The whole process, from choosing the carpet in the shop to the completion of the fitting could not have been better.
The ladies in the shop helped me choose a very suitable carpet - actively discouraging me from choosing a more expensive, but less practical carpet. Tony then came to measure up and returned today with an assistant to fit the carpet. They moved and replaced all my heavy furniture and fitted the carpet with amazing speed. Genuinely, if I decide to replace another carpet, I wouldn't think of going anywhere else

I love this store, they've fitted my new flat with new curtains and the processes was great from the moment I called, to come and do the measures and up to the day they came and fitted them.
The staff are helpful, and really go the extra mile, totally will use their services again and recommend them to family and friends.
